What We Look For
We are seeking caregivers who are passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors and disabled individuals, and who have the following qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, sleep-overs, night-shifts and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
